All That Scraps Rreview Day

Today we are here to remind you of the very fun stamps and dies available at All That Scraps in the April release...be sure to check out the online store for what you need :) And be sure to stop by the ATS blog to see what fun cards the Design team have to show you today!!!

Here is my card made with the sweet Umbrella Lula (so cute) and I also used the Curly Q border on the front ...had some fun cutting it and using it a bit differently and then I also used it on the inside too. See the cute umbrella in the corner that is using the Umbrella logo set and the Umbrella die. Love the little extras for adding embellishments to your cards!!

...and here is the inside of the card for you too....I used a sentiment from the new So Wordy Set, which I really like - always good to have great sentiments for your cards!!

For the Copic coloring ladies, the Copics that I used were:

Skin - E000,00,01,11

Hair - W1,3,5,7  - had fun doing her hair :)

Leaf - YG11, 13

The paper I used is from an older 6x6 from MME called Lost and Found - Rosy. And the great flower on the front is from Prima.

All That Scraps Preview Day Three

Today is the final day of showing you the fantastic products that are coming out tonight!! So be ready to see the fun preivews today and then ready to shop tonight at the All That Scraps Online store :) For the final preview for April we are showcasing the "All About Mom" sentiment set. When I saw this set and knew I had this paper from Pink Paislee's "London Market" line, I knew what I wanted to do and that was come up with a very pretty soft card for my mom. I was happy with the result that I got with the help of the Curly Q border and the  Butterfly Border from ATS (cut apart for beatutiful butterflies). I also used the Leafy Flourish from My Favorite Things and some very pretty Prima flowers... this is what I came up with.

This sentiment set is awesome and I was able to use four of the stamps from this set on this card - and it stamps so clearly!! On the inside I also used another My Favorite Things die, Vintage Flourish  (Christine carries this one in the online store).  I hope you like it too and I would love to hear your comments.

All That Scraps - Preview Day Two

Hello again blogger hoppers!! Today we are showing you a fun character and this stamp is called "Laugh Lines Garden" You will find some very fun cards that the DT have made for you to see over at the ATS blog so be sure to stop by and see them all and find out how you can win some goodies too!!

I think she is a "fun" little gardener and she makes me dream of the days to come when I can garden again!! (although today we have a "winter storm warning" -aargh!)  I have also used the new "Watering Can Logo" set and the "Watering Can" die (teamed up with a stamp from the logo set) and the fun new "Curly Q' die.You can find all these new goodies at the All That Scraps Online store on Thursday night so be ready to treat yourself then!! Here is a peak at the inside too ...I left it blank so I can use it for whatever I want this spring.

See how fun that Curly Q can be to use on your cards and those small dies are great for that added touch insde :)  The paper is from Cosmo Cricket's "Tea for Two" line.

All That Scraps "April Previews'

Well here we are at day one of the previews for April and the ones we want to show you today are from the Swiss Pixie line - so cute for sure!! I am showing you "Umbrella Lucy" and for fun sentiments I have used the new 'Umbrella Logos set" which has umbrella stamps that fit just right in the "Umbrella' die and for extra fun embellishing my card I have used  the new Curly Q border".

I sure love having the "circle" die for all the great circle shaped senitments!! I paper pieced her umbrella and

hat - such a fun thing to do!! I have put in a close up so that I hope you can see the puddle she is standing in has some shine for 'wet' look by using Glossy Accents.

And of course I did the inside too ...and I used another sentiement from the Umbrella Logo set and the Umbrella die with one of the stamps from the Logo set.

Copic markers used:  Skin - E000, 00, 01     Hair - YR31, 21, 26   Coat- RV10, 11   Duck- Y11,YR31 and BG0000 shade around the image

Paper is Jillibean Soup, Southern Chicken Dumpling Soup line (get such a kick out of the names they use)

ATS Wednesday Challenge

This week Tracy has a sketch for you to use when you enter the All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge - I love working with a sketch for my base and then just playing and not having to plan the layout :) ... thanks Tracy. Here is the sketch...

And here is what I did with it using Buuny Lucy, the Spring Logo set and some fun papers from We R Memory Keepers.

I used a Spellbinder to cut the shape behind her and added a mixture of embellishments...rhinestone swirl by Recollections, pearls by Melissa Frances, Prima flowers and some ribbon. The copic colors that I used for her are:
Her hat and top and leggings - G40, 21 and BG000, 01, 53
Skin - E000, 00, 51
Hair - E42, 43, 44

All That Scraps - New Wings Stamp Set and Wings Die

Today we get to show you what you can do with the new Wings Stamp set when you combine it with the new Wings die ...so be sure you stop at the blog and see what the fine ladies on the Design Team have to show you at All That Scraps!!!  I decided to use these "pretties" to make a couple of tags for gifts and I had fun playing with other inks today.

Here is the first one:

For this tag I just stamped the butterflies with Aged Mahoganny Distress ink and then embossed right away with clear embossing powder and cut them with the die. I used the fun little butterfly trail squiggle to add some fun to the tag front. The sentiment is from the Be Happy set at All That Scraps - such a great set!! The papers I used were older ones from Basic Grey :)

And here is the second tag:

For this tag the paper is new from Bo Bunny called Country Garden collection. This time for the butterflies I stamped with versamark ink and then embossed with white embossing powder, next I colored them in with distress stains and I used  victorian velvet and scattered straw, sprayed with Perfect pearl mist, "pearl" and cut using the wings die. I used the Spring logo set and also the Be Happy Sentiment set again. I colored the ribbon on the tag with distress stain and the one at top with distress ink and water. So fun to play with these inks today!!
