ATS Review Day - "Hugs to You"

Okay here is another card from the very fun February release at All That Scraps with the fun C.C. Design stamps, and today we are highlighting the designs of Amy Young.  This cute little guy is 'Sweet November's shroom'. Don't you just love his mushroom top hat? The tall mushroom beside him and the sentimnet are from the Mushroom set ( I used the smaller mushroom on the inside) - these mushrooms are great for coloring and cutting out to put beside your images.I had so much fun using the mushroom border cutter and the acorns and leaves cutter to add accents to this card! I love that with the mushroom border cutter you can cut off pieces and then add it to your card in different spots as a great embellishment - see it under the image, in the lower right hand corner of the card front and again in the inside of the card :) As this card is for a boy I decided to distress the edges of the paper lots - a different look than neat and cute :) The paper I used is very old MME ...not even sure the line it was from.  The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the fun "Be Happy Sentiment" set also released in February.  Be sure to stop by the ATS blog and see what treats the other awesome DT ladies have for you today ..... and coming soon at the end of the month the previews for March ..... (so fun!!)

And yes here are the copic colors that I used for this one:
skin- E00, 21, 11, 51 (R21 for cheeks)
hat and pants - BG11, 32, 72 and YR31, Y21, 26
hair and shirt - E23, 25
eyes- BG000
BG0000 for sky around him and E40 for the shadows.

  1. Love how you've colored Shroom Jeanne, great design and so perfect for a boy! The inside is just as cute as the outside, I really like the look of the one mushroom stamped off to the side, very cool!

  2. Adorable coloring and scene creating Jeanne! oh, he does look a little ornery! hehe It's been a fun month!

  4. Gorgeous card, Jeanne! I love your colours and all the die cuts you have used on your card! Hugs Delphine xx
